We stand by the Soovu™ Pain Relief System and hope you get relief and comfort when using it. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, the product may be returned within 30 days of the date you received it for a full refund. Any returns after the 30-day trial period will not be accepted.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
A return authorization must be obtained from Soovu Labs within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. Email help@soovu.com or contact 1-866-303-PODS (7637) to obtain a return authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
You must return the Product to Soovu Labs to receive a refund. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories (e.g., 1 carrying case, 2 Soovu pods, 1 charging cradle, 1 charging cable, 1 Quick Start Guide, and all unused adhesive rings) and packaging originally included with your purchase, including the UPC barcode (located on the product box), must be included with your return.
You must use the provided shipping label, which includes your return authorization number, to return the product(s).
The return shipping label must be used within 15 days of its creation, or the postage may be voided, and your return may be subject to restocking fees of up to 50% (depending on the lateness of the return).
To initiate your return, please email help@soovu.com or contact 1-866-303-PODS (7637) to obtain a return authorization and a pre-paid return shipping label. Currently, our product is only available to customers in the United States. We are not able to provide return shipping labels for customers located outside of the United States.
When shipping, please package the Soovu pods and all included accessories and packaging with your return authorization. Please be sure to use the pre-paid return shipping label and drop the package with the carrier specified on the label. Soovu Labs is not responsible for any returned packages shipped without the provided pre-paid return shipping label or shipped via a different carrier than the one specified. Soovu Labs is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. It can take up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Soovu Labs’ discretion.

If you return Product to Soovu Labs without (a) obtaining a return authorization from Soovu Labs and/or (b) using the provided shipping label within 15 days of initiating a return, we retain the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of up to 50%. If Product is returned to Soovu Labs without all parts and accessories (not including used adhesives) originally included with your purchase, Soovu Labs retains the right to charge you a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
